There are so many pilots being churned out in NZ there is no need to advertise a job (should a vacancy actually become available), they just open the door and shout NEXT.

More Kiwis in the hostels up north from what I hear than Aussies!

There was a big useful post with all the links about six montths ago.... still can't find it.
