C208B, truly awesome aeroplane. So much fun I'm not in a big rush for the jets (not that the current climate would allow it anyway).

Anyone flown the Turbo Commander, 690B??
No, but I have flown the 695B. Currently own and fly a C172 and BE76, also regularly fly DH82a, PA31 and occasionally a hot air balloon.

On eyre 23rd Feb 2009 10:56

C-170 (1955), C-172, C-182, PA-34 & RV9-A
Nothing better than over the pond from YPLC to YTHI at 500' first thing on a calm summer morning. Don't really need the fast stuff - too old anyway but while I enjoy it all I will keep doing it (flying also).
Besides as an old departed friend said "only need to make 25 cents more than I spend to be happy".

First_Principal 23rd Feb 2009 11:11
