Is NZ Medical valid in OZ?

Hi.

Can anyone tell me if a Class 1 medical will be valid in OZ?

I was allowed to fly in OZ with my NZ medical back when I first converted the license, but im not sure if that was just a one years grace thing associated with the conversion.

cheers for any help

The concession to use your CAANZ Class 1 was only a once off. After the expiry of the class 1 you held whilst converting, you have to sit and pass a CASA class 1. It will all be stated (in bold) on your deeming letter you received on conversion.:) good luck
