Redcliffe accommodation?
 

G'day Guys,

Just a quick question I thought some locals might be able to answer. I'm looking into a Bob Tait full time BAK/PPL theory course starting in early August that runs for 3 weeks and was wondering if anyone knows of any half decent accommodation around the airport? I've found holiday units near the beach, and I'm looking at flying my bike up from Canberra if need be to get to the airport because it's probably only 6-7km's away, but if anyone knows somewhere within (short) walking distance that'd be great.

Hey QF5, I fly there and are a member of the Redcliffe Aero Club, your probably best to stay at Redcliffe or Scarborough which isn't to far from the Airport, here is a link that should give you some ideas:

Enjoy Bob Tait, we had his opening at our function centre at the aero club, very nice man and some of the most graceful aerobatic manovures I've ever seen in a Decathlon at low level, have fun :ok:
