Mel QF Engineers Stood Down? True or False?

Heard a rumour this afternoon that the QF Engineers that refused to arrive a 747 at Mel Domestic on grounds of no famil training on type (as per QF Policy) were stood down. True or false? Anyone know the story?

Any manager who has told an employee to do something against procedures has broken a 'cardinal rule' according to QF's own procedures and is therefore liable to be sacked.

Have also heard the rumour.

5 engineers and a DMM were docked 4 hours pay by MH when he asked them to do something that he previously instructed them not to do. MH has turned the once honoured position of a Qantas maintenance engineer into a joke, he has to go before he and his scabs kill someone.

Boys take it easy.

Stay in line and hold your fire.
