Flight QF7623??

I have seen this regularly on the International Flight Departures info on Sydney Airport website, but when i do a search on the QF website it doesn't find QF7623. Sydney Airport info says it is a 10.10pm departure from Sydney to Auckland. Just wondering if anyone knows why it doesn't come up in QF's weekly schedule on the Qantas website?

Cheers

I suspect it's a freighter....although I thought they were all in the 6000's. Could be one of those overnight 767 jobs or an Atlas wet lease. Perhaps a positioning fight with freight on board to cover the costs?

Keg has been on the -400 for too long already!! :p

QF7623 is a B767 freight service SYD-AKL. QF7624 is AKL-CHC-SYD or AKL-SYD (Arr 0605). There are also B767 MEL-AKL and AKL-MEL freighters.

6000 flight numbers are positioning, training, charter, or demo flights. 7000 numbers are freight services.

:ugh:who really gives a &$%#?

Quite possibly the person who asked the question. :ok:
It is SO helpful when people say things like that.
I must remember to say that when S****t next asks a question.
