Australian Jeppesen Amendments in NZ

Jeppensen amendments are up to 1 month late arriving to my NZ address. Jeppensen Australia don't even know how or who distributes in NZ and are not bothered to find out as I am only 1 from 6000. Is any one else in NZ having problems receiving either Jeppesen Australian or NZ manual amendments on time?

I tried ordering them through the Australian distributor once. After trying to get any sense out of them over the phone I hung up and called Jeppesen directly.

I now always order mine directly from Jeppesen in Denver and have never had a problem, even when I had to have my revisions sent to a hotel address in Indonesia.

Got JeppView online access in NZ.
JeppView Discs previously had a validity issue, with the paper amendments being more current and reliable.
As Brindabella mentions, it's better dealing direct with USA from NZ, as sadly Jepp CBR changed totally, some years ago and hasn't been the same service since.
