Aerorescue GM resigns!

And the carnage continues.....................

Soon there will only be Der Fuehrer and his leibling APMR left. :hmm:

Corporate psycopath. :yuk:

power_up 17th Sep 2007 13:22

Who from Surveillance Aust will fill that job? Have A/Resc still got a few ex SA guys?

AerocatS2A 17th Sep 2007 14:01

They still have quite a few I believe. Some sound happy with it too.

Jabawocky 18th Sep 2007 01:31

Hey guys, what is the problem you all see with this organisation?

Have a friend who is O/S doing Dornier training right now and he might be interested to know.

PM me if you prefer.

J:ok:

Capt Wally 18th Sep 2007 08:48

.................luckily they do little in the way of rescuing, Thank God !
I know a guy who joined the ML based outfit when it kicked off, he lasted a few months, as did a few others. Lots of internal strife from the onset. There must be a lot of unrest in that organisation as we have seen via these pages since they started ops in ML. (EN base)......................nice big red shinny planes tho, & they can be seen at almost anytime sitting there on the ground, flying little, just as well meaning that we are not needing their services.............

Capt Wally :-)

ringin 18th Sep 2007 09:47

And word has it that Scaro Rescue has not had a full compliment of serviceable A/C available since it's inception, which I am told is in contavention to the contract and costing them dearly in penalty payments.

Now where's that goddam light switch..........:}

betaman 18th Sep 2007 10:47

Yawn

northern flyer, Capt Wally & ringin do you actually contribute anything to any other threads or are you professional Pearl/Aero Rescue baggers?

ringin 18th Sep 2007 11:12

betaman it is a rumour network and I get my rumours from Pearl staff members and pass em on and the end result is they do not get exposed but the rumours do.

Is this not the purpose of this board? Or am I touching a raw nerve?

Read this an an explanation and not an apology.

Thankyou for answering my question re the 'professional bagger'. Do you charge by the hour or is it flat fee?

Is this not the purpose of this board?
Silly me I thought it was an aviation discussion forum. Thanks for the clarification.:ok:

Speaking of which, here is another clarification:
(Collins Dictionary) rumour n. gossip or common talk; unproved statement.

Or am I touching a raw nerve?

As a former Pearl employee who has moved on to bigger & better things largely due to the experience gained working for said company. Then I would have to say YES.

Have you tried getting a life? Read that anyway you like.

Good for you!! :D

And good for the AR ex-GM, a 'better' man (pun intended) who did the best he could for as long as he could. ;)

Silly me I thought it was an aviation discussion forum.
No, it is a 'Rumour Network', it clearly says so at the top of the page!

Although I am far removed from this company, from what I read on here, even if only half of it is true, I am surprised they still have the contract...

Trojan1981 18th Sep 2007 23:35

AR only have very limited coverage as it is. Wollongong based AAP have lost their teir 1 SAR contract as part of the transition to AR. All of their SAR eqiup (liferafts, water pumps, flares etc.) has been taken away.

As a result, if AR A/C are unserviceable or busy elsewhere, I believe there are no longer any fixed wing SAR aircraft to cover the NSW coast. I hope any problems they have are sorted out before this years Sydney to Hobart.

Mr Walker 19th Sep 2007 01:36

Ahh the usual suspects are at it again. Nice to see you Capt Wally you are a bit of a fixture on Aerorescue threads. All very negative too, sour grapes? Didn't get a job or a job done?

Gm leaving is a good bloke and sad to see him go. The company will survive and keep doing good work. As to U/S aircraft, well it is a rumour network and some people will push a barrow in the vain hope of failure. Interesting to look for motive in this. Every special aviation operator in Australia is having similar problems right now.

betaman 19th Sep 2007 02:28

Howard H,

Not sure why I am bothering with this but here goes :ugh:

It also says PPRuNe Forums at least when I went to school a forum was a place for discussion.

Much Ado 19th Sep 2007 04:51

I am so sick of these types of threads...and this one in particular:mad:
