Cadet Program application help

I'm applying for the Qantas cadet program and there are a couple of questions i would like some advice on what to write...
1)Why do you want to be an airline Pilot

2) Is there any other information which you would like to tell us which may assist in demonstrate that you have the required competencies and motivation to
become a potential Qantas pilot

I feel there is obivous answers that everyone will write for these questions, so i was wondering if anyone knows what answer they are looking for???

Cheers!

Examples of team work might be a good start. Maybe some situations in which you have led a team might also be appropriate-leadership potential is vital to be a captain, which is what they are also looking for.

I'm pretty sure if you want to become a pilot you could come up with a pretty good answer yourself. I understand you want the best chances of getting through but make sure the answer is 100% yours!

1) Only you could know why you want to become an airline pilot!!! I don't wish to become an airline pilot and therefore cannot help in this respect!

2) If you're 28, I'm assuming that you have a job. How do your current job skills transfer to aviation? Team work, managerial, dealing with the public, training and mentoring, organisational etc etc. Motivation - what ambitions have you achieved in life? Do you already hold a PPL for example? Have you strived towards a qualification in another field? What experience do you already have of commercial aviation?

I hope some of these might help.

Cheers

...oh... and this may sound obvious ... but get someone competent to check the spelling, syntax and grammar!!!!

I think this is not the right place to ask questions like that, i believe only you can know the answers of these questions..

But just think what you're good at, and what kind of skills you specially have!

Appreciation

Thanks for all your honest thoughts guys (MarcoFF , Shakuri, bri1980 and Whirls). I know what I want now and I'll pursue my goal.
P.S: Thanks Whirls, I hope the syntax and grammar are nearly correct.
