do airnz take direct entry captians?

hi
could someone in the know please enlighten me. specificaly on the A320s. (i have nz residency etc and a uk/jar licence). if not would you start on the bottom ladder of the fo pay scale?
thanks

Right at the very bottom. Maybe a F/O on the 733 or as a S/O on the 744,777,767.

Time to A320 command is anyones guess but would not be less than 10-12 years.

i don't want to do long haul and already bus type rated and wouldn't be very keen to start on the 733. i know theirs a few loco operators in aust do they take direct entry cptns?

cheers for your time

Both the lo-co's in Oz are not taking direct entry captains either standard. Only way to get back into the region as DE captain would be contact jobs in Asia somewhere in like Vietnam or somewhere similar.

Oz and NZ you'll have to sit in the RHS for a while and convert your licenses over
