Qantas - time between stages
 

Hi All

Wondering if anyone can offer any info on current Qantas Interview process.
I am interested in finding out what sort of time frame between application going in and the time gaps between each stage.

I waited 2 years on the hold file before I was offerd a position.....

Kav Dude we get it, You hate QF- you blast them whenever you get a chance. Jetstar rock- whatever??????? :ugh::ugh::ugh::ugh:

When I went through the process, I waited about 1 month after applying before being offered initial testing, then another 5 weeks or so before being offered sim and interview. After the sim and interview I waited 12 months on the hold file before getting the call. This was due to the fact that recruitment had stopped due to SARS/WAR etc......

I think it pretty much depends on the recruitment environment at the time (at the moment it is good) and also how competitive you are. If you had to wait say for example.......2 years at a time when QF were recruiting then maybe it is because your application was not competitive enough.

At the end of the day....do your best......the rest is out of your control.
