Noticed this post on the AFAP website. As for "near Melbourne", any guesses as to where this might be? Mangalore? Bacchus Marsh? Avalon?

I dont have any goss but mangalore seems plausable. The airport owner has recently built 6 quaker barns for accomodation and right now, lots of trenches being dug around grounds and have very thick electrical conduit placed in them. Far more than whats required for a dozen or so fan heaters.
