Pat your head whilst rubbing your tummy.

Submitted for your enjoyment and education. Personally I wouldn't try this, I have enough trouble flying while talking on the radio, I'm not sure I could handle videoing it, too.

alphawhiskeytango 4th Jun 2007 06:18

I wonder if Aerospace Aviation (VH-BRS) approve of this?

flyhardmo 4th Jun 2007 06:21

Thumb cam :} Would have been better as a dashboard cam but it wouldn't be as funny

I think you should give up before you kill yourself!

Braz, baby, I wish I could claim credit for that wondrous simultaneous circuit and home video, but I cannot. Simply beyond my capabilities. If I didn't make this clear, but I am NOT, say again NOT the pilot in the clip. I wish I knew who he was though, so I could wait it out at the clubhouse until he was done. :ok:

BrazDriver 4th Jun 2007 17:13

My apologies there TLAW! Id join join you at the clubhouse!

notmyC150v2 5th Jun 2007 02:26

Whoever it was they have taken the hint and removed the video.

I'm guessing that they must be a reader on the forum somewhere. Either that or their flying school is...

That's a shame, because there was quite a lively discussion going on between himself and the rest of the world above the safety and efficacy of the maneouvre. Ah, well. Hopefully we all learnt something :D

smiling monkey 5th Jun 2007 14:07

For those of us who missed it, what exactly did he do?

TLAW 6th Jun 2007 05:04

smiling monkey, a young hotshot C152 driver thought it would be ace to fly a circuit at Bankstown and film it at the same time. Strangely, he thought it would be even better to do this whilst the sole occupant of the aircraft:cool:. Cue scenes of crappy flying interspersed with scenes of the driver's nice white shoes and Cessna headlining circa 1983. Hilarity ensues.

BrazDriver 6th Jun 2007 10:15

TLAW you forgot the laughs when he replied to peoples comments on Youtube calling him an idiot.

Personally the comment '' Dont tell me how to fly" sums up the bloke totally!

vee1-rotate 7th Jun 2007 04:55

if anyone is interested to see the god-pilot who took the video, this is his myspace

:E

ABX 7th Jun 2007 08:40

Just had a look at his myspace, many, many words come to mind, nearly all unprintable, the only one I might be allowed to get away with here is "immature".

I hope this guy is not going to be flying anything that I am a passenger in.
