CP and staff Pay

Hey guys I have a question that you might be able to answer. We are wondering what the salary of a CP of an operation should be that operates-
-Two Cessna 208 Caravans
-Two PA-31-350 chieftains
-is east coast based and has 4 pilots working for the operation.

I know there is an award that would cover this, but what sort of pay rate would you require to attract someone who would hang around and be an asset to such an organisation.

Also what sort of rate would you expect the pilots to be paid if you want to maintain a respectable organisation, maintain staff and be respected in the industry?

Forget the AFAP award on this one, there is an under supply of people able/willing to take CP positions.

60K + for basic CP without CAR 217,
65K + for CP with CAR 217,
70K + for CP with ATO.

Some will choke at these suggestions (too much right ?), don't do it for less.
