Does anyone know what pilot rostering system Air NZ uses and how well does it work for the pilots?

You mean they have a system?

Perhaps you could ask them to start using it?

dose any one know if they will be rectuiting in the near future??

Every 2nd link pilot is on a "yes letter" waiting for a start. Out on the apron I'm constantly hearing stories like " I was told September on the 737, but when I last spoke to them it was going to be November on the 777. Now I get a letter saying June 07 on the 74.."

A couple of Eagle guys I know reckon they might have to reinterview..its been so long since their original interview..the other rumour over at line maintenance is that a couple of the 744s might be off to Arizona for a vacation in the sun!
