Minimum requirments for RFDS

What are the minimum requirements for joining RFDS, in particular, for the PC12?
Total hours, licence and ratings held, turbine time, age?
Thanks

I am resurrecting this post in an attempt to find what would be the maximum age the RFDS would consider for an applicant (tried to ask the question on another thread, but I was obviously interrupting someone elses private conversation!).
I have looked through the web sites listed above, but to no avail.
I'm thinking that for an "older" applicant, the age v. type of experience/hours factor and motivation would be big players.
Would appreciate any feedback from those already in the system who may also have knowledge of the recruiting process.

They have been from 21 up, here at YBCV.

Hans,

Thanks. Does the RFDS look favourable on the "older" applicant, or does it bias it's selection toward the younger guys?
In my case I would be definitely deemed too old for the airlines. More importantly, I can honestly put my hand on my heart and say that I am not interested in airline flying (too old, you see!). I would find the RFDS flying much more challenging and ultimately more rewarding (not financially, I know!).

Stability

As the RFDS flying is specialised, and they need continuity, and stability, I think an older person would be welcomed.
I know of one bloke who flew for the RFDS until age 59.

Bushy,

Thanks. Fortunately I've got a few more years left until I hit 59!

few more grey-hairs up front usually makes the pax feel more comfortable.
Not in Asian airlines, matey. They are used to the 300 hour wonders in the RH seat.

The way I'm going, soon I won't even have any grey hairs left!

Qld section took on a guy 52 years old.

Do they still want 500 ME command to fly the PC12?
