Hawker 850 and B200 jobs in Perth?

I notice that two separate companies have advertised in "The Australian" for Hawker 850 and B200 drivers for positions in Perth?

Is this for a goverment contract?

This week's advert was for Avwest - Is that the Multiplex Chellenger 604 I spy on their website?

I have heard that the WA Govt is about to set up a Ministerial Flight Dept (H800 & B200) to be operated and crewed by a contractor.

Expressions of interest called about 6 weeks ago.
