``The lights and airconditioning went off and the whole plane began to vibrate.

``The plane was full of passengers and everybody was frightened.

``I've watched Five Minutes From Disaster on Discovery Channel and I know that when a plane starts vibrating it often means it's going to crash.

``Then there was a tremendous bang behind me as one of the engines blew up.

And if you are committed to crashing, an Islander (vmca of 39kts) might
just let you survive...!!;)
