instructor ratings

I have a question for people in the training industry?

After 14 years in the aviation industry I am looking at a fairly major change.
Can anyone give me any info on a good school to do an instructor rating in Perth.

Am also interested in then working in perth as an instructor, any info or advice would be greatly appreciated
