Why don't they recruit more at VB?
Recentley during work travels I've heard more and more people complaining about getting called in on reserve (I wonder why?)
However my little ears also hear about people coming in on days off and explaining how much of a good deal they got for it. So the question I ask, which is directed only to the VB pilots who work on their days off and grey days. Why do you do it? Enlighten me, so the majority of VB pilots can understand why your FU$%&NG us all over. If you work on days off or grey days, do you think they will recruit more guys? I dont think I'll get any replies from the guys that do, because you know what you do only benefits yourselves. Nothing changes if we dont ALL stick together boys. |

Why don't you ask them when you get an interview? I'm sure the company will be happy to hear how many pilots you think they need.

There will be no need to recruit if guys keep working there days off.

Hear hear, and working days off for a one off payment that is LESS than what either QF or Jetstar get PER HOUR.
Go figure. |
because they are a bunch of tight asses
|
Well then, go work for Jetstar or Qantas. Problem solved.
