A380 extras!

Some airliners oversea's will be placing 25m swimming pools and tennis courts on board their A380! hope our airline does the same. what about a massive skylight in the roof of the upper deck above the pool. the passegers will get a great view of us conducting instrument approaches, looking at all the great weather . sounds great hey fellow pprune's.... these things are extra's and you WILL see them soon..!

wishtobflying 25th Jul 2005 13:37

Cobber 74

It's easy to explain....Cobber is from Perth!!!!!:} :D

Think, pause, just think for a moment about the inertia involved in keeping control of that much water.

25 metres long by, say, 1.5m wide by 1.5m deep is 56.26 TONNES of water. Can you imagine how that would behave in turbulence? Can you say "shifting load"?

All these clever ideas that take up huge amounts of paying-passenger space will get dropped very quickly on the balance sheets.

And cobber74, if you read this before going to school, try posting links to support your wind-ups. It usually works for the flat-earthers and conspiracy theory fans.

CaptainToBe 25th Jul 2005 22:36

Cobber74, airbus gave up on the idea of swimming pools a long time ago. They have now moved onto ceramic workshops where people can mold clay on those spinny wheel thingamys. They decided to install those in place of the swimming pools to keep people like you occupied.

I just went and searched cobber74's other posts, and would like to say .... you're a legend mate! You are a wind-up connoisseur, choice stuff. Like the x-wind machine (I have a x-wind machine, but my wife leaves the room when it activates), "hook, line and sinker"! :D :ok: :E :p

cobber74 26th Jul 2005 00:09

yeah im at school ??chuckles , u wa@ker. i know im a legend!!! thanks , i sorta get told that all the time... safe flying..

Tinpis2 26th Jul 2005 00:21

mate are you really that bored or is it that your life is just that dull that, you see a need to sit on pprune all day posting stupid comments, just to see all of the rest of us wound up. We are not wound up, we are simply sick of hearing from some loser that dreams of being a QF FO. what will be next?????

a mini dream world in the a380? an a380 that runs on water? an a380 that can hover? an a380 that has a basketball stadium in it?

No mate im not would up, just a bit over your crap! it was funny in the beggining, but is nothing more than annoying now! why dont you go and buy a little model of an a380 so that you can pretend to fly it. At least then your blow up doll will have something to play with when your out flying your 767.......you fcuking moron !!!!!!! :ok:

propwash85 26th Jul 2005 00:47

reynoldsno1 26th Jul 2005 00:53

cobber74 26th Jul 2005 01:05

pindick 2 get over yourself. oh wow yes that really hurt. look mate get a life and stop with all this flight sim , models, dreams ****. i dont sit on here all day , most my posts are at night when i come home from work idiot.. my blow up doll is a replica of your girlfriend...so YOU go fly ur 152 , as i am now heading of to work, flying some decent proper plane. u could fly the ILS upside down that would be great. i not bored or dull , my life is actually fantastic.... u sad excuse for a pilot.. ciao..

propwash85 26th Jul 2005 01:11

Tinpis2 26th Jul 2005 01:14

cobber you sound a bit upset. I was only starting a new post before to congradulate you. Im sorry mate, maybe some purex tissues will help!

Now whos wound up mate! My girlfriend says hi! when you go in the 767 do you put your doll at the controls when you go to the bathroom like in the movie, "Flying High" ???.

Have a good flight tonight cockhead74!

sling load 26th Jul 2005 01:58

Cobber74 Does sound upset. Hey Cobber, I hear Airbus are also installing 2 reverse gears for the 380, so they can get out of their slots twice as fast.

You idiot

mattyj 26th Jul 2005 03:50

the bottom of the pool will be glass too and the FAs will be swimming round in bikinis for all the lower deck pax to see!!

Chimbu chuckles 26th Jul 2005 10:43

I thought this comment from cobber74 was interesting...I guess his blow up doll must be John Holmes :ok:

whats wrong with homosexual?? i am , and quite proud of it..! why does every body put people down who are gay? grow up and stop talking rubbish.. i know a few pilots who are gay.!
