AMSA Contract for SAR aircraft

Tenders for the AMSA SAR contract recently closed. Anyone with info on who submitted tenders and with what aircraft?

Well I think it would be a safe bet that Pearl Aviation, in the guise of Aerorescue. Would have a bid in for that.

My guess would be DO328, as that is what they are currently seting up in Darwin. With maybe a B200 as back up.

Do328!!!!!!!!!

Tender calls for 4 aircraft.

Hope the decisions makers have a close look at the aircraft being offered before making a decision, unlike some efforts in other areas in the past where promises were made, not adhered to and allowed to continue unabated.......Hmmm 4 X Do328, now wouldn't that be interesting

That is a good question NASA, 4 Do328, one has to ask how is the 1 Do328 going for the current NT SAR tender??

One might say it would be a fair assumption that the decision won't be made until the one Do328 gets to the NT and it's gone through the trials. :hmm:
