40 Squadron RNZAF Reunion

40 Squadron RNZAF are holding a reunion to celebrate 50 years since the reformation of the squadron following it's disbandment after the war years. The reunion will be held in Auckland over the 23rd and 24th October 2004, and will involve meet and greets, a squadron tour, an air display, a formal dinner, and a church service. Didn't think we had squadrons any more, since Helen sold the Air Force.

Funniest things on TV are the ads trying to convince us that there are any worthwhile careers in the "Air Force", which as far as I can work out, consists of some old Hercs and a few Airtrainers... plus a few Iroquois for "drug interdiction"...

The RAAF is having a pathfinders Sqadron reunion on 1st July at Canberra...i get to fly down!
ANyone else going?
