Cessna Caravan type rating
 

Hi,

I am currently training at the International Aviation Academy of New Zealand.

Does anyone know where i can get a Cessna Caravan type rating within New Zealand?

only two operators...
air safaris and soundsair....
between 4 and 5 years ago i know of a guy from the IAANZ that did a rating with soundsair, however the then chief pilot is now enjoying warmer climates from what i understand...
probably wont be cheap...
where ya headed???? maybe cheaper to pick one up on the way...

Got onto Sounds Air, they were going to ask the owner to see if it was worth there while.

Going to get onto Air Safaris now.

Looking at going to Africa, apparently they operate quite a few of caravans out there.

good to see ya looking at a 206 rating first...
its not like someones going to hand over a caravan to you in a hurry...and as for being a co pilot in a caravan in africa...gawd how boring...
