Couldn’t get the landing chart numbers to work for Rotto so just kept holding!

On the basis that that flight had just taken off from Perth, held out over Rotto for about 45 minutes and then returned to Perth, you'd have to think that they developed/encountered a problem shortly after take-off and then burned fuel to avoid an overweight landing. It looks like the operating aircraft, VH-NHC, is still on the ground.
