Question for Rex pilots

Would any Rex cadet pilots be able to share their simulator profiles for their first few full flight sim sessions on the Saab? Also any training sylibus info would be greatly appreciated. We are an airline in North America that is having to fill vacancies with low time people on the Saab and would be interested in how you make the transition work?

Have you considered asking Pen Air about their new hire training ? Regs here require an ATP for Part 121 but I don't know what quals Pen Air is hiring. It may be 1500 hours of C150 time for all I know. Not much is being said about their situation...they may have struggled in the recent past.
