Barrister to void legal proceedings.
is there anyone out there who can assist with a legal case that has lost me my home and all my lifetime savings.
My Home was illegally possessed and sold last July as a consequence of a fraudulent claim against me.
Every lawyer I have engaged over the last four years has expressed amazement at how this has occurred but as soon as they realised it was the fabrication of a dodgy lawyer the find a way of disengaging themselves as it would involve the imprisonment of that lawyer.
i need a lawyer who is not afraid to take on the Supreme Court of NSW to expose the fraud that has destroyed our lives and a 46 year unblemished career in the Australian aviation industry.

My deepest sympathy Boydie54. I'm sad I can offer no advice. The state of Australia's justice system is nothing short of a disgrace, and only serves those with plenty of $$$$.

That about sums it up! The law is an ass, unless you are in bed with them!
I fear that in this situation the bastards might have won, I do however wish you all the best in finding some peace out of this mess-(

Thorny,
1. the 'law' ...sort of....
As a citizen if I knowingly make a false sworn statement against someone, with a view to that person being prosecuted, I accept that the penalty for doing so would apply.
With CAsA persons doing the same, their employing agency just calls the statements made as 'possible breaches of their code of conduct' (sic) and, according to the CAsA legal Wizard/Dr of Voodoo, these statements only contain 'discrepancies in the wording' ie not lies.!!
And the perps can thus safely continue sucking the largesse of the taxpayer tit. How good is that. !!
The Rule of CAsA's Law...perverting the course of justice, and perpetrating a constructive fraud for it.
A crime is a crime it cannot (should not legally) be treated as just a breach of any agency code. CAsA blows a raspberry on that !
Not that CAsA gives a rats rectum, if it means saving the arses of some employees. So much for their Just Culture...just bullsh*t actually.
2. Justice and the $. Correct.

Boydie54. Without knowing anything about the justice system in NSW I suggest you have your local member arrange a meeting with the NSW Attorney General. I do not remember seeing 'your case' on prime time TV.

If you have a strong case, particularly if miscarriage of justice occurred, you may get pro bono legal assistance?
