737 close call overseas undershoot. Both heads up instead of PM heads down at MDA
Similar circumstances to the recent Air Nuigini 737-800 undershoot at Chuuk, Micronesia. Both pilots looking ahead at the MDA instead of one heads down monitoring the flight path and instruments.
