Cooktown YCKN in far north Queensland have just come online with many thanks to the new maintenance facility there - Cooktown Aircraft Maintenance.

Alexandra on the southern island of New Zealand are now also online. What a vibrant airport it is too... so many new hangars!

Two new cameras came online at YCAS Casino this afternoon

Seems nobody noticed the links weren’t working properly for Casino. I’ve resolved that issue now.

Final alignment of the cameras is pending.

Yes and no. Someone who works at the airport has bought a camera for their house with a view not far away, however they struggled to get it installed and went cold.

As a compromise, I can get you Hedlow in a few days :-)

I should be able to bring you Bundaberg very soon too. The cameras are there onsite, just a few things need to be arranged to get ready for them. Those are thanks to a very generous donor, along with Hervey Bay and another upcoming location that will be revealed soon.

Hedlow is real good. It will be handy for Capricorn Coast, Shoalwater Bay, Keppels etc as well as Rocky.

What’s happening at Keppel these days, would there be an appetite for a camera at the strip? They don’t cost much and once owners become aware of how easy it is, it’s usually a no-brainer to go ahead.

I’m not sure. I’ve heard rumours that it has gone u/s due to infestation of goats!
Certainly the last time I was overhead it had the white X kiss of death.

Many thanks to the operator at Hedlow. Their details will appear on the images soon. I put them up straight away as there’s no point waiting for a logo when they ready to be used.
