Of course the Chinese already own -

Mooney
Cirrus
Continental Motors

and tried to buy Beechcraft in 2012.

China is showing incredible interest in general aviation technology.

Because they're smart enough to know those are the Aircraft that they want their students to learn on and that many others around the world want theirs to learn on and they want to keep a strong Aviation Industry!
