Do I need to do MCC?

Just wondering if I need to do MCC course to obtain my ATPL

I am currently holding a CASA CPL, I have 2700 hours in Multi Crew Ops, but they are all done outside Australia.

Do I still need to do MCC course before I do my ATPL flight test?

You'll most likely have to, but not necessary in Oz.
Google CASA exemption EX225/15. It has all you need in it.

Not necessarily.

CASR part 61.275 outlines the exemption for an MCC course prior to an ATPL flight test but you need to hold a Foreign ATPL first.
My advice would be to ensure all of your Australian theory exams are complete first then (assuming you already hold a foreign ATPL) apply for an exemption.

You can do the overseas conversion exams but I can't say if your Australian licence will have a notation saying it was based on a foreign conversion.

My Understanding (and I could be 100% wrong.. I often am)

"successful completion of alternative training, or acquisition of qualifications, or possession of experience, or a combination of these, which CASA considers to be at least equivalent to any of the alternative requirements mentioned in items (1) to (4)."

Therefore I would think that common sense would dictate (again.. its CASA .. so maybe not )
That if you hold a Foreign ATPL, with a type rating on a multi crew aircraft and 50 hours in RPT operations that you could apply for the exemption.
