I see that expressions of interest are open again for Air NZ Jet recruitment. I have exhausted the search function looking for up to date interview info. Is there anyone who can give an up to date rundown on what is involved in the two day recruitment process.

As far as I am aware the 2 days involve the following:
- Panel interview (behavioural interview questions, knowledge of the company and their strategy, values, share price etc)
- Sim (basic handling, holds, DME arc and IFR law questions)
- Tech Exam (30 ATPL questions)
- Presentation (given a problem, 10 minutes to come up with an answer or answers and then present. The assessors will try to tear your argument apart and see how you handle it)
- Planning Exercise (About an hour to solve a problem that has various outcomes.)
- Group exercise
