Current events at Air NZ

Hi, just browsing to see if anyone has information on Air NZ? Received a phone call recently to schedule an assessment for employment. The lady asked if I was interested in a second officer position, then I asked if there were any direct entry FO positions, possibly the A320.
How are conditions at Air New Zealand, is there a pay difference between SO and FO, what is rostering like?

Good information. Like you said there may be more money in Asia or ME, but I'd like the best QOL, especially if I am trying to find an airline that I plan to retire from.
So as you said the number of sectors on the widebody will be less and potentially more days at home, what is a typical narrowbody FO roster in terms of days off? How much difference is there in pay?
Also how is morale? Crews generally happy?
