How accurate do you need it to be? Casio has a nice variety in their Pro-Trek series.

umm so a watch will show you the cabin pressure altitude or are you flying unpressurised? Ive got a casio; like the heading feature but rarely use the altitude though seeing the sea level pressure change could be handy.

I think you'll find that there's no watch in existence that can give you heading (unless you can find one with an inbuilt magnetic compass, like a Bata Scout shoe.)
You probably meant track...
You probably meant track...
So there's the solution, S34: A 'Tissot Touch'. (I stand corrected, AerocatS2A.)
Good luck sitting 'down the back' of an 'unpressurised' aircraft and sighting down the longitudinal axis of the aircraft to work out your magnetic heading.
I'd find the GPS-derived track a much more useful piece of navigational information than heading. But that's just me.

I'm not sure how many hours you have, but you're really not going to use any of these features in the airplane in the real world, I know, I know, but what if XYZ fails, yeah, nope, you won't use them, hence why you see so many people selling those stupid garmin watches now.
That said, GPS watches have some great benifits for some outdoors sports and hunting and the like, they do have to be charged often, but if you want a GPS, compass, baro watch a suunto is the top dog, doesn't say pilot on it, or have a half arse HSI, but it's really the best when it comes to this type of hardware, it's also made with a sapphire lense and in Europe, not a Chinese watch.

I'll add that even though I really like these types of watches, day to day and in the cockpit at work I wear Swiss mechanical and automatic watches.
