Noticed a feature piece ( Aviation Business ASIA Pacific mag ) on " Flyanywhere " who are starting up a GA flight options for travellers. Pilots ect pay a monthly fee for info. Don't have a link.
Interesting business model - basically they are a broker with the operators and the passengers paying from each end.
