What was that a/c flying north along Victor 1 today?

Out in the Freshwater surf today around 1230 when a military twin cargo a/c rounded North Head and proceeded to kiss (small exaggeration ) the cliff-tops heading north. Wonderful sight as it flew low overhead.
Anyone have an idea what it was?

A 35 Sqn C27J was doing a bit of fun, fast stuff around RIC today..

There's still only two in the fleet out of a planned ten.

(Perhaps the Spartan IVF programme isn't working as well as planned?)

There are hopes that the first born will a boy and that for PC reasons, he will be named: Troy.

That looks like it CC. I had no idea it was so modern.

It swept in along Manly beach was really banking to get around Queenscliff Headland then returned to s&l. Quite exciting as it was very low.
Yes gerry111, I think the boys were enjoying it too.

Truthinbeer, the Spartan pilots don't need to be worried about banking to miss the headland, they can simply pull up into a loop and then roll off the top, back there they came from.

It's the biggest aircraft I've ever seen do aerobatics, which leads me to wonder what would have been the biggest ever barring a 707.

Squawk 7700

I reckon that prize has to go to the An124 display at the '88 Bi-Centenary Airshow at RAAF Richmond.
