Question Elective subjects at uni

HI,

I am currently studying a bachelor of aviation at griffith university and am aware that I will have to pick an elective to get enough credit points to finish my bachelor. Is there any thoughts as to what kind of broad subjects might be useful for aviation. So i'd appreciate any ideas that people throw at me.

Thanks

Something that interests you so you can excel realtively easily. The subjects you pick at the end of the day are pretty immaterial as a pilot.

I agree, except I would put the full stop after immaterial.

Short of if you are picking electives to specialise eg; pediatrics rather than oncology, you are correct it doesn't matter full stop. Uni is about what you learn outside the classroom.

Pick something that will take you away from aviation and into a career with good prospects. Banking, finance and medicine would be my pick.

Revisit this post in about 5-10 years time.

You want an elective subject to get enough credit points to finish your bachelor?

If the sole purpose of the course is to gain credit points, surely you would take the subject that to you is the easiest and at which you feel you would pass?

Is a degree now all about getting enough credit points and not gaining knowledge to complement your career?

Why ask here? Surely you are the best judge.
