Certainly correct is a DC-9. Easily half a dozen ex Cebu Pacific DC-9s littered around the GA area as well as old 732s, Trislanders, DC-3s and amazingly a Connie! Will get some more photos in the coming weeks.

I think Aussie Nick is looking at the background to the right of the seaplane (Embraer) with the Yak(?) on the left hand side
Come on boys and girls, I thought professional pilots could pick their aeroplanes! Back to spotters school!
Anyway, back to the pics!

I'm seeing wheels on them there floats!
Thanks for the link! .... Either type of seaplane may also have landing gear suitable for land, making the vehicle an amphibious aircraft.
I was attempting to educate the young-ins. I should have put a smilie on the end of my post!
PS. I'll go you halves!

Sorry Buddy, I put them there hoping someone could add more photographic evidence or comment. There was a lot of manufacturers experimenting in those days, (look at the side windows for a year), and I'm guessing it is one such example. The "gun-Bo" seems genuine enough for the African Continent.
Thats an interesting pic. Prototype perhaps? never seen a v-tail bitchcraft twin on the market.....any more info past your piccy ?
