King island

And the dairy is worth a look, too! Experienced campaigners turn up with their own cooler bags...

Do any of you put flying photos in your logbook? I don't mean a photo of every flight but something special here and there.

Is it frowned upon? I think it will look great!

I remember something about a student in a Jabiru - lost directional control on landing and ended up in the side of the parked 206?

the parked 206?
There was a guy hanging around the airport one day though that swore this aircraft was a very specific model of the 205. It is or it isn't I guess, pretty simple

It is not a 205. The easy way to tell is look for the rear baggage door on the LHS (no evidence of it in this pic).

It is an early model 206.

That's right Ultralights, the LAME just whittled down an old railway sleeper that was lying behind the hangar and painted on some black tips.

It just needed a bulk strip / new engine and a cowl tidyup from memory, not much damage, but the 206 on the other hand

Whoever shopped that last picture, well done, you thought to do the ASIC as well. If the picture wasn't Photoshopped, my sincerest apologies.

As a beardy myself, I have a dilemma this time of year. I've already got the mo, do I let it get longer? I'm already chewing on it when I eat my lunch. Or do I shave it off for Movember?

Makes me feel really old - CFK is in my logbook in 1969!

I saw her at YCAB a few years back, although the gent flying didn't appreciate the significance of the CF* rego....
