working in tight airspace to bring home the pics
A lot of nuts & bolts flying in formation, in the air and on the ground!
A tribute to Roger Dundas, pilot and his cameraman...... woooah! Didn't miss a shot... they worked hard in those days to get the pics to the loungeroom..
I promised him (the cameraman) a tribute back in 1986 when they got around to inventing youtube, they worked hard that day.... Kudos

Not the best quality, but all I could do on the day, and posted for aviation content only.
A very new AT-802A (VH-OUC) does a demonstration drop during a training day incorporating safe working around aircraft for Country Fire Service volunteers in SA CFS Region 4.
There's some 3000kg of water being dumped there, You don't want to be underneath it when it happens! .

Flamin heck, Ultralights! Just when I thought Piano Man's pics couldn't be beat. Wow. Stunning scenery.
And cowl flaps? My fight sim scenery doesn't look like that!

Just one more from our recent CFS training day; VH-OCU again..... It gives a rare chance to see a front on view of a full dump (doors wide open). In normal fire ground operations the aircraft would be higher (for obvious reasons), and - even more obvious - I would not be standing just there taking a picture

the only time i have ever had to orbit while in the circuit was here.. in CTA, to allow for a Embraer to overtake us.
60Nm of very glassy Bass Straight, and King Island comes into view.
Beautiful pies from the bakery, Sadly no crayfish pies.

Ultralights, hazarding a guess, the airstrip is St Helens, orbits in the circuit can be quite common at Hobart, the mountain looks like Barn Bluff and the best crayfish can be had at the wharf on King Island but only if your quick.
