Tailored / Tapered Pilot Shirts
Hi
I'm looking for a good quality (high cotton) short sleeve tailored / tapered / fitted (however you want to describe it) pilot shirt available in or to NZ.
I've had a good look around but just can't seem to find one that ticks all the boxes apart from one at Pilot House (Tapered Oxford, Flap pkt, SS-Pilot Shirts), who don't ship outside the US. Does anybody know where I might find a similar one?
Any help very much appreciated.

I would suggest Van Heusen pilot shirts... they are quite well made, and whilst not as tapered as the shirt you just showed, do the job well enough... after all, its a Van Heusen!
check out Marv Golden Pilot shop, they ship to australia and have quick customer service!

Did the same thing, trip to hong kong went via the tailors and got a heap of them made, now they wont work because of set brand shirts required for work
pilot shirts
Cant go past Landerwood pilot shirts in the US. Top quality fabric, heaps of extra features, wide selection of styles and cuts, great value, prompt economical delivery to Australia. Without doubt the best pilot shirts available. Dont use them anymore as a mate gets them through the Airline for me now but if that avenue ever ceased, i would be straight back onto them.
I used the exact shirts you're talking about from pilotshirts.com, for the 10 years I worked in the US.
They're extremely well made but very thick material. Might be too thick for some in the heat we get in this part of the world.

Have a look around general uniform suppliers - no need to pay extra for poor quality because it comes via a "pilot shop". I've found uniform shops (sometimes) have nice shirts at reasonable prices. All you're really after is epaulette thingies - and whatever quality/fit suits you.
For fit - you could always buy larger and run up the side seams with an overlocker or such. Quick, easy, and can be made to fit just so
