FDT questions

Questions regarding FDTs.

1-If you can do 120hrs in 28 days and on the 'last day' you have done 117 for example and the flight is 4 hrs can you go over ?, or are you grounded till the first day of the 28 drops off ?

2- You can add .1 onto flight time as taxi time, do you enter this as flight time? in the FDT spreadsheet or not , if not can it still be logged in the logbook?.

Look foward to your wonderful replys......

Thankyou

1/ Those limits are 'hard' you can't go over them. If you have three hours left, you can't do a four hour flight until the next day.

2/ Read the CAO definition of flight time: the total time from when the aircraft first moves under it's own power until the moment it comes to rest... So yes taxi time counts.
