And a great display of English skills.
Guess that exam really didn,t work.
There was absolutely nothing wrong with his English.....

Nice clear mayday call. Not sure how rushed they were but the call they gave did the job nicely.

What surprise me though, is that the pilot actually requested for a "glide approach" and was approved by the ATC. It was then followed by a mayday stating "engine failure"

^ circuit training, conducted glide approach then a touch and go, failure on upwind.

I thought his english was quite fine, certainly better than many. I was impressed that he did refrain from trying to sell the reporter a new phone deal
