AOC for sale?!?

Just wondering where I could dig up some information regards to AOC status and stuff, was reading the aviation trader and saw an AoC for sale up in Townsville. Would like to read up more about it, so if anyone heard anything in the past months, care to share?? Thanks!!

I dont believe you can buy the AOC without buying the company. With that you get all the liabilities. Steer well clear would be my opinion. Get the CAAP on ops manuals and start typing.

I'd assume there'd be a few around YSBK right?? As aerospace and proflite are gone?? Just my general assumption, hope that helps
