How do you use ZED fares ?
Depends who you work for I guess. At Qantas we just buy them as paper tickets from our Staff Travel office. Depending on which airline you're using you may also need to list here. You can also get schedule and availability info there too.
I reckon ZED tickets are great, cheaper than using QF and gives you a lot more options/flexibility when things are tight.
