Aircraft Safety - It's a book

Just thought that I would share with you a book on aircraft safety that I am reading at the moment. It is called Aircraft Safety - Accident investigations, analyses & applications by Shari Stamford Krause, Ph.D. I have just started reading it and have so far found the content quite relevant. It includes human factors, weather, mechanical and other components which come together in aviation accidents. So far in the human factors section I am reading it goes through CRM and a lot to do with spacial awareness.
Cheers
