Now I've heard it all...

Southern Cross xxx, Network's new F@kker, coming down the coast with a foreign (Dutch?) accent on the radio.

"Perth Approach, SC xxx, as this is the delivery of a new (!!) aircraft, could we do a low pass and visual circuit?".

ATC: "No".

They didn't have the heart to tell the poor fellow that it was after last light and nobody would see him, which, since he was only 20nm from the field, should have been obvious... Perhaps he saw the big wig form Cathay do his beatup in a real aeroplane.

PS: Why is it white and not a silver bullet? They look good, those bullets!

The silver bullets would be an absolute nightmare to keep looking any good. I heard the 100 was to be painted a silver/grey. But fromo the photo above, it is most certainly white....

What, a Fokker? Perhaps a REAL Fokker (F28) but not a new-age one. The parrots in the trees at the terminal make more noise than a F100.

Who says the F100 is a real jet, or even a real aircraft?

(goes back into bomb shelter to await new bombardment)
