Turbine Aircraft Maintenance Calender time V's TTIS

I'd read before that turbine powered aircraft often have calender time limits for some components rather than or as well as TTIS. Does this apply for turbine aircraft in PVT category. I think it was the hot section inspection every 10 years.

Pvt cat aircraft dont have a mandated overhaul time calender time as do charter cat aircraft. Does the same deal apply to the turbine aircraft, ie meridian, citation mustang.

The average PVT owner would be hard pressed to do the 400 hrs(airswitch) a year. Thats like 550 VDO hrs.
