could it be the HR/recruiting dept are struggling or understaffed to keep pace with the current recruitment drive. I'm just on 7 weeks since interview - it's a bit stressful remaining in limbo, and I won't stop pacing until I've signed something....Hurry up and wait! At least we have the warm fuzzy feeling of being in the same boat
as for tips on the interview, what has been said in posts dating back last year still hold true, no new surprises, all quite relaxed and friendly process

In this environment they should really get the offers out ASAP!!!!!!
I have heard of 3 people taking other positions since their interviews simply because they had no official offer

I will stop pacing now - I got a call today from recruiting, my endorsement is pencilled in for late April (737) official offer to be posted shortly I presume other phone calls are imminent...has anyone else heard? Good luck, hope to see you at the sim!

Mr Cat - 6900TT, 4000 turboP mostly single pilot, nil jet, all GA! I know of guys getting in with little over min. reqt's, to 10,000hr+....I think it is irrelevant almost these days so long as you meet min reqt's.
