Yeah, we've got all of that, but isn't it a lot easier just to find a job somewhere else, stop playing the victim with a sense of entitlement, and just get on with life and forget about it?!
Are are of you "legal counsel", short of work?
Maybe we should all learn from this that if you screw up in life there are long standing consequences...so don't screw up!

No, I am an Industrial Relations Consultant short of work. But that being by the by I only intended to correct a misconception that this was lawful activity.
I agree that folk should get on with the rest of their lives but I also believe that if you've done the time for the crime you are entitled to start anew.
Finally, everyone screws up to some degree. They shouldn't have that held against them forever. Unless they're the Guvnor.
